The Cycles of Strength

She faces it every month,
Still exceeding on every front!

She would be so zealous,
With our care during her periods!

In this world, we’ve many perceptions,
Taking it sincerely, we’ll lose misconceptions!

Being banished or sleeping on a separate bed,
It’s just a stigma that needs to be shed!

There’s a huge unacceptability even to talk,
An alien treatment that leaves a girl in shock!

Also Read: I made a choice….

Having periods is not an illness symptom,
Rather, it’s a blessing cleaning the system!

It’s all a sign of a woman’s resilience,
Which she should speak about with convenience!

Periods aren’t a matter to be clocked,
Discussing them with credence is hoped!

Imparting proper education to daughters and sons,
A mutual concordance truly comes!
